Acquisition Manager needed for a TOP Real Estate team in Rancho Cordova!

$60,000 - $120,000

• Call off-market sales opportunities that we have acquired
• Negotiate the purchase offer agreement
• Schedule on-site inspection of property condition
• Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved
• Promptly return all client phone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency's standards of client service

• Cold calling/sales experience
• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM to ensure proper documentation and uphold confidentiality
• Self-starter and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to communicate with Sellers, Buyers, Investors, Escrow and Lenders in a professional manner
• Follow up with new, existing and past clients in a timely manner
• Some Real Estate experience is required
