Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
-Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process
-Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Create and maintain listings of available properties
- Market and advertise properties to attract potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Coordinate property showings
- Guide clients through the closing process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time
Requirements:
- Valid real estate license in the state of California
- Knowledge of real estate law and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with property management principles is a plus
